Sandusky River, Ohio
April, 2000

It was supposed to be a nice fun weekend with friends (5 of them) in Sandusky, Ohio. We were hiking in the woods close to the Sandusky River. Dusk was about to fall so we decided to set up camp for the night. We went about to get firewood. I was picking up nice size pieces of lumber when I saw something move out of the corner of my eye. I thought it was my friend so I didn't think anything of it until I heard my friend say these exact words, "Holy shit Justin, what the hell is that?!"

I turned to see a humanoid looking creature covered with dark brown hair except his chest, which was "ripped" with muscles. His eyes were black as night. I was in a state of shock, and to this day I swear, as my friends ran, I saw him cock his head to the left and grin as if he was amused by us. Then he walked slowly the other way.

And we packed up the camp in what seemed half the time we got it together and got out of there as fast as we could. My friends and me have tried to go out to the same woods with camera and videotape this beast, but we have not been successful. Until this day I have dreams about this monster. I am glad you put up a website for others to share their experiences with you. Thank you again, and I hope this will help you in some way.
