Cowlitz County, Washington
I took a report about three and a half years back, which involved four men camping. A bigfoot walked out of the creek bed right by their camp. Not knowing what else to do, one climbed a tree, one picked up a large piece of beaver chew, another ran, and the last one picked up a fist sized rock and threw it at the sasquatch, hitting it dead in the chest. It turned and walked off into the brush.
The fellow with the piece of beaver chew was shocked frozen in position. He had the stick held up, ready to hit whatever came at him. A rock about the size of a basketball came flying out of the brush and hit the stick so hard it almost broke this guys wrist. In his words and one of the others in the group... "It was as fast as a Nolan Ryan fastball."
I interviewed three of the four men and the fourth refused comment, but was obviously very frightened about what happened. All of this happened not four hundred yards from where I had my first sighting in 1984! This account however happened in 1989. Coincidence? Maybe, but I sure don't think so.
